Ford servicing Sheffield offers a full range of servicing packages.  These are split into minor and major servicing schedules.  The minor schedules include such things as vehicle road tests and vehicle inspection reports, oil and filter changes and the replacement of the recommended service items.  All the servicing included in the minor schedule features in the major, with the addition of the replacement of spark plugs and fuel filters and the recharge of particulate filters.

All car servicing at Ford servicing Sheffield is conducted onsite at Saville Street East and Archer Road.  The opening times for servicing can be found on the Lookers Ford Sheffield dealership website.

Car servicing is an essential ingredient in keeping a vehicle roadworthy.  However many people find the process far too expensive.  Ford owners wanting to book a car service at Ford servicing Sheffield can help ease the strain by signing up to Lookers ‘servicesense’.  This scheme helps Ford motorists spread the cost of servicing with monthly payments.

There are also car service offers, including ‘Ford Roadside Assistance’ which applies here in the UK and across Europe, 24 hours a day.

Lookers Ford Sheffield serves as a major Ford dealership for the whole of Yorkshire.  It covers a very wide area so it is possible book a service, or make an enquiry, on the Ford servicing Sheffield webpage.

The service booking page offers various choices: ‘Scheduled Servicing’, ‘MOT’, ‘Value Servicing’, and ‘Servicing and MOT’.  There are two ways to book an online service with Ford servicing Sheffield.  For those needing to make a quick booking all they need to do is to click on the ‘Fast Booking’ button, while Ford owners who have registered or who are prepared to register their details can book by clicking on the ‘Secure Access’ button.  There is also a booking hotline number published on the page.

The servicing will often require new parts to be fitted.  Ford Servicing Sheffield provides only genuine Ford-approved parts unless the customer requires a cheaper option.  In such cases pattern parts produced by other manufacturers will be used.

The after-sales service at Ford Sheffield does not just include the servicing of vehicles.  Genuine Ford parts and accessories are also available for sale at the dealership or can be purchased online.

Question by Jen: Should we boycott companies that have their customer service call centers based in foriegn countries? I am so tired of calling Dell computer, Ford Credit, Direct TV and Mcleod USA and talking with Habeeb from India. They are pre-programmed with like a 100 word vocabulary, you can't understand them, and all they say is "Rest assured, we are working on the problem" AAAARRRRRGGGGGGHHHHH!!! Anyone else frustrated? Best answer for Should we boycott companies that have their customer service call centers based in foriegn countries?:

Answer by dave
EXACTLY. i don't want to call someone to fix my computer and have to talk to someone with an accent i don't even understand. i think people should boycott this because it is unfair for us americans to have to lose our jobs just so the companies can find cheap labor. and companies say they are trying to help the american people, you know what would really help american people, getting your factories out of other damn countries and bringing them to the US

Answer by not a boy (musiclover87)
yes ma'am,...you're pretty much on your own if something goes wrong. "costumer service" is sarcasm .... those countries can starve for all i care

Answer by abyssinia_7
well, the next option is prison inmates. It's already happening because they pay prisoners about .11 cents an hour for work and that is cheaper than paying an Indian. It's just a crazy situation- but it's capitalism!

Answer by boinga28
Hell yeah we should! If thier working for a company that services mainly american then they should sound like americans so we can understand them. Do you want to know how many times I've had to tell them "learn to speak english and then come back and talk to me!"

Answer by nickpayne
i worked for General Motors customer assistance, and alot of our calls were from other countries, where a foreign person had answered the phone and the customer asked for an american person. if u dont want to talk to them just ask to speak to an american. they cant say no/
