As stated earlier, you should enter as much information as you possibly can! 

• Moreover, you should mention the due or expiry date by which you wish the client or customer to make the payment. This is not necessary if both the parties have already decided upon a fixed term payment cycle. This ensures safety and peace of mind from both sides.
