Custom shell and tube heat exchangers design are devices that efficiently facilitate heat transfer from on for to the next, and vice versa. Products made by custom shell and tube heat exchangers design are used in air conditioning, refrigeration, gas processing machines, as well as huge power generating facilities.
Custom shell and tube heat exchangers design is a type of heat exchanger that is sought after due to its ability to withstand the demands of high stress applications. As a testament to this, it is even used by the oil industry for their plants.
Custom Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers Design Structure
A custom shell and tube heat exchangers design contains a variety of tubes set within a sizeable pressure compartment called a shell. The pipes on both ends are connected to sheets of tubes. A couple of fluids run through the length of the heat exchanger. One goes through the actual heat exchanger, the other run along the tubes which are located outside of the shell.
As both liquids travel along the system, the heat transfer process takes place starting from the fluid that has a higher temperature. Tube side fluid is the term for liquid that flows inside the tube, and shell side fluid is the term for liquid the flows inside the shell. As liquid runs through the length of the pipe walls, heat transfer happens.
Fluids running the outside part of the tube bundle is cooled or heated based on the temperature of the liquid within the bundle. If the liquid inside the bundle is heated, then the ones outside are cooled vise versa.

U-Tube Heat Exchanger
This heat exchanger got its name obviously through its pipe bundle which is bent to for a U shape. The tubes in this design filters water through compartments or inlets called plenum inside the pipe sheets. Water filters into the inlet plenum, goes through the whole length of the U shaped tube and exits the heat exchanger by means of another plenum.
Straight-Tube Heat Exchanger
This one filters water through a straight tube. There are a couple of separate sheets of tubes that make up the end of this straight pipe. Just like a U tube design, a straight tube heat exchanger design also has a couple of plenum for entry and exit. But with the straight tube design, both plenums are found on the same side of the machine.
With this article, I hope to have explained to you how custom shell and tube heat exchangers design works.

Question by : How do I report a Gas Station for Fraud and got the proof to show it every time I use my Credit Card? This gas station is right down the street from where I presently live now and it's not a Exxon nor a Shell station and of course at first prices where great and now the prices are the same as Exxon and in the beginning I was going there until one day I decide I wanted to use my credit card and the lady just went crazy and started screaming at me and I told her excuse me but you are suppose to provide great customer service and why are you so upset when it's my money I am spending not your's and I put $ 20.00 dollars in my car and she handed me my card back along with the receipt and I looked at the receipt and it came out to $ 21.40 so I asked her why are you charging me a $ 1.40 for just using my credit card and her exact answer was never come back using your credit card come with cash I was blown away with her answer never have I ever in my life got charge that much of a fee for using my credit card and I was also on my way to work that day and there was no time to debate with this lady, but I explain to my coworkers about the situation and I was just plain rip-off and that was very upsetting to know that I work very hard for my money and to have some total stranger tell you come back with cash is a insult to me. I want to know who should I report it to BBB or CA? Best answer for How do I report a Gas Station for Fraud and got the proof to show it every time I use my Credit Card?:

Retailers are charged for every credit- or debit-card transaction they process, and they're actually well within their rights to pass as much of that charge as they like on to their customers. You're right about that being shockingly bad customer service, but she didn't do anything illegal.
Answer by Use Your Noodle
A lot of gas stations have started charging a fee for using credit. You would need to contact the FTC or your attorney general to see whether it is legal for them to pass on a fee to you. Your story doesn't make much sense. The way you tell it, it seems like you walked into a gas station to pay for gas and the lady without provocation just started yelling at you. I think there are some huge parts of the story missing here unless that lady didn't take her meds that day.

Credit card companies do not allow businesses to charge more for a credit transaction, They are allowed to offer a discount for cash, but not add to the price for use of a credit card. I would file a complaint with your credit card company, and also with your state consumer protection agency. The BBB is a private organization, and has no power to do anything.

It is against credit card policy, and, it is illegal in some states for a merchant to add a surcharge. File a complaint with credit card company and with your AG. Illegal in: California Colorado Connecticut Florida Kansas Maine Massachusetts New York Oklahoma Texas A couple other states have laws that limit surcharges. Amazing that someone thinks following the law while working in retail is "too hard". If complaints are made to the credit card company (Visa, MC, etc) then the first thing the credit card companies will do is give a warning, unless the complaints are numerous, if they receive more complaints then they will have the merchant pay a stiff fine, if they continue to receive complaints then they will no longer allow the merchant to accept their cards. If complaints are made to the AG, in states where it's illegal, then the AG will fine them under the states laws. In either of those cases the fines are fairly steep. Much easier "less hard" to follow the law to begin with !!
Answer by Common Sense
"great customer service"? You just blew any credibility you had with you over entitled attitude. You're going to file a complaint (that will be ignored) over $ 1.40? This is a cashier error, not fraud. Just go someplace else and forget it. People like you are why working in retail is so hard.

Just file a complaint with the gas co and let it die. Keep away from that station because if you go there the next time. she might pull a gun or a knife on you.
